Potatoes with Asparagus
If you can't wait for asparagus season, choose the green brother. The delicious potatoes and green asparagus make a top duo together. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 450g CêlaVíta mini potatoes or potato cubes
- 300 grams of green asparagus
- Sunflower oil
- bunch of parsley
Preparation
Step 1:
Fry the potatoes for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, clean the green asparagus: remove the woody underside. Peeling is not necessary. Cut the asparagus into pieces.
Step 3:
Boil the asparagus in water with a generous splash of sunflower oil for 5 minutes. Drain them.
Step 4:
After 7 minutes of baking, add the asparagus pieces to the potatoes, shake to coat and continue cooking together until tender.
Step 5:
Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper and the chopped parsley. Delicious with warm ham on the bone.
Tip:
Of course, this can also be done with white asparagus, though these need to be pre-cooked for 10 minutes.
