Pita gyros with fries
Delicious grilled gyros in a soft pita with fresh tzatziki, served with crispy golden fries.

Ingredients:
- 200 g fries
- 2 pitas
- 250 g gyros
- 150 tzatziki
- 1/2 red onion
- Handful of fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1. Fry the fries in the airfryer at 200 degrees Celsius or deep-fry within 5-10 golden yellow.
Step 2. Grill the pita buns in a toaster.
Step 3. Brown the gyros in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Cut the red onion into half rings.
Step 5. Spread the pita with the tzatziki sauce and top with gyros and fresh dill. Serve together with the fries.
