Mexican Burger with crunchy Mexican wedges

Ingredients:
- 200 g crunchy Mexican wedges
- 2 burger buns
- 2 citizens
- 1 tbsp Mexican herbs
- 4 tbsp guacamole
- Handful of nachos
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 leaves of romaine lettuce
- Cube of butter
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the crunchy wedges within 5-10 golden yellow.
Step 2. Cut the tomato into thin slices, the red onion into fine half rings and wash several sheets of the romaine lettuce.
Step 3. Cut the burger buns in half and grill them briefly on both sides in a dry grill pan.
Step 4. Sprinkle the burgers with Mexican spices and cook them with some butter on the grill pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5. Top the burger bun with lettuce, red onion, burger, guacamole, tomato, nachos and top with the top. Serve together with the crunchy Mexican wedges.
