Loaded fries Mediterranean
Crunchy chips with crunchy chickpeas and creamy feta. Perfect dish to share.

Ingredients:
- 200 g fries
- 100 g chickpeas
- 1 tomato
- 50 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp yoghurt
- 2 tsp harissa
- Handful of fresh parsley
- Splash of olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of chilli flakes
- Lemon slices
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2. Fry the fries in the airfryer at 200 degrees Celsius or deep-fry within 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3. Rinse the chickpeas, mix with some olive oil and harissa spices. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Fry the chickpeas for about 10-15 min until tender.
Step 5. Mix the yoghurt with the harissa to make a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Step 7. Top the fries with tomato, crunchy chickpeas, feta, the Harissa sauce and garnish with parsley, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and lemon slices.
