Grill skewers with Mexican wedges

Colour on the plate with grilled vegetables and BBQ sausages on a skewer, served with spicy, crispy Mexican wedges.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g crunchy Mexican wedges
  • 3 BBQ sausages (pre-cooked)
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • Splash of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Handful of fresh curly parsley

Preparation

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the crunchy wedges within 5-10 golden yellow.

 

Step 2. Cut the peppers, yellow onion into equal pieces.

 

Step 3. Skewer the vegetables and sausages alternately on a skewer.

 

Step 4. Put some olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper over the skewers.

 

Step 5. Heat a grill pan with some olive oil and fry the skewers in it until golden and cooked. Serve Along with the crunchy Mexican wedges.
