Crunchy wedges tortilla
A colourful and quick-serving dish brimming with flavour and texture. Also ideal to share.

Ingredients:
- 100 g crunchy Mexican wedges
- 6 mini wraps
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 mango
- 75 g creme fraiche
- Handful of fresh curly parsley
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the crunchy wedges within 5-10 golden yellow.
Step 2. Briefly fry the wraps (both sides) in the pan until they are golden in colour.
Step 3. Cut the tomato and mango into small cubes and thinly slice the avocado.
Step 4. Top the wraps with the wedges, tomato, avocado, mango and top with tufts of cream fraiche and garnish with the parsley, salt and pepper
