Stuffed potato snacks
A nice side dish or tasty snack.

120 g cream cheese
1/2e tsp chilli flakes
1 spring onion, cut into fine rings
Pinch of salt
8 Cêlavíta cooking potatoes
12 slices of bacon
2 tbsp sunflower oil
16 skewers

Preparation
Step 1:
Mix the cream cheese with chilli flakes, bosun rings and some salt.
Step 2:
Halve the potatoes*. Hollow out the potatoes slightly with a parisienne drill. Fill the potatoes with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap the potatoes with the slices of bacon.
*this recipe assumes 100% precooked, cooked potatoes, for another product cook the potatoes first.
Step 3:
Fry the bacon-wrapped potatoes in sunflower oil over medium heat until golden.
Serve with skewers, napkins.
