Potato leek soup
Meal soup does well before exercise. Our delicious floury green(t)e soup of leeks and potato is a great example. Not too heavy, but nutritious. With this soup, real braggarts will get their money's worth.

Ingredients:
- CêlaVíta Granny's Floury Potatoes (500 grams)
- 2 thin leeks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ litre of water
- 1 bouillon tablet

Hand blender
Preparation
Step 1:
Dice the potatoes. Clean the leeks and cut a small piece of green into very thin strips for garnish. Cut the rest into rings. Peel and shred the garlic.
Step 2:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a soup pan and fry half the potatoes together with the leeks and garlic for 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 3:
Pour the water with the potatoes, add the stock cube and bring to the boil. Cook the soup for 10 minutes and puree with a hand blender.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the rest of the potatoes in it until golden brown.
Step 5:
Divide the soup between 2 plates, spoon the jacket potatoes on top and garnish with the leftover leek strips.
