Crispy potato salad
Crunchy jacket potato cubes combined with fresh radish, creamy sour cream and a hint of garlic. Light, fresh and full of flavour - delicious as a side dish.

Ingredients:

- 100 g potato cube 10×10
- 1 shallot
- 8 radishes
- 150 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Handful of fresh curly parsley
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2. Finely chop the shallot and parsley and slice the radishes.
Step 3. Fry the potato cubes with the shallot within 15-20 minutes until golden.
Step 4. Make a sauce of the sour cream, white wine vinegar, 2 cloves of pressed garlic and fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5. Mix the diced potatoes with the sauce and top with fresh curly parsley and pepper.
