Traybake with crunchy Italian wedges & chicken
An all-you-can-eat baking dish full of colour and flavour!

Ingredients:
- 250 g crunchy Italian wedges
- 300 g chicken legs (seasoned)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 courgette
- 1/2 corn cob
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Splash of olive oil
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2. Coarsely chop the vegetables and mix with the crunchy Italian wedges and the chicken legs on a baking dish.
Step 3. Mix this with the olive oil, oregano, a pressed clove of garlic and salt and pepper.
Step 4. Bake the traybake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
