Fish casserole with potato slices
Fish casserole with potato slices, salmon, cod and prawns in a creamy sauce with baby spinach, cheese and herbs. Full of flavour, easy to prepare and suitable for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

- 650 g potato slices
- 100 g salmon
- 260 g cod
- 13 prawns
- 500 ml of cooking cream
- 100 g baby spinach
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Handful of fresh parsley
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2. Cut the cod and salmon into small pieces and peel the prawns.
Step 3. Finely chop the fresh parsley.
Step 4. Mix the cooking cream with the grated cheese, pressed garlic clove and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5. Put all the ingredients with the potato slices in the baking dish and mix well.
Step 6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked and the dish is a nice golden yellow colour.
