Potato meatballs dish
Rich casserole with diced potatoes, meatballs, broccoli and spicy tomato sauce. Topped with cheese and basil. Easy to prepare and a favourite on the menu.

Ingredients:

- 250 g potato cube 10×10
- 450 g small meatballs
- 200 g broccoli
- 480 g pasta sauce (spicy)
- 140 g tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 75 g grated soft cheese
- Handful of fresh basil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
Step 3. Blanch the broccoli in a pan of water for about 7 minutes (al dente).
Step 4. Mix the tomato puree, tomato sauce, 2 cloves of pressed garlic and Italian herbs to make a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5. Put the broccoli, meatballs, potatoes in a baking dish and mix in the sauce.
Step 6. Top with the grated cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
Step 7. Top with some fresh basil.
