Roast potatoes with chicken thighs from the oven

For a fresh touch, serve the meal with a cucumber salad with garlic-yoghurt dressing.

Ingredients:

  • CêlaVíta half potatoes with skin
  • 200 grams of chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • piece of fresh ginger (3 cm)
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • ½ lemon

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cut the chicken thighs into large pieces.

Step 2:

Divide the chicken and potatoes between a baking dish. Sprinkle with the rosemary cumin, coriander and garlic and grate the ginger over the top. Spoon in the oil.

 

Step 3:

Cut the lemon into wedges and place between the chicken and potatoes.

 

Step 4:

Stew/fry the chicken together with the potatoes for 25 minutes.
