Potato quiche
Richly filled quiche with diced potatoes, broccoli, tomato and a creamy filling of egg, cheese and herbs. A nutritious and colourful meal for any time of the day.

Ingredients:

- 500 g potato cube 10×10
- 1 sheet of quiche dough
- 250 g broccoli
- 15 tomatoes
- 250 ml of cooking cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 cube of butter
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2. Cut the broccoli into pieces and tomatoes into quarters.
Step 3. Whisk the cream with the eggs, grated cheese, garlic and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Grease a baking tin with butter and place the dough for the quiche in it.
Step 5. Put the diced potatoes, broccoli and tomato in this and pour the cream-and-egg mixture over it.
Step 6. Bake the quiche for about 45 minutes until it is nice and golden.
Step 7. Top with salt and pepper.
