Potatoes au gratin with ham and spring onion
Easy and delicious! This side dish is on the table in no time.

Ingredients:
- CêlaVita mini potatoes or potato cubes (700 g)
- 200 g ham, in thick slices
- 3 spring onions
- 125 ml whipped cream
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 150 g grated young cheeses
Extra needed:
4 small oven dishes

Prepare
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease 4 small ovenproof dishes. Cut the ham into small cubes and the spring onions into rings.
Step 2:
Mix the baby potatoes with the ham and spring onion and divide between the oven dishes.

Step 3:
Stir some salt and pepper into the cream and pour the cream over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Step 4:
Slide the dishes into the oven and let the baby potatoes cook for 25 minutes until golden brown and done. Delicious with a colourful tomato salad.
