Plaice salmon roll
When you think of potatoes you often think of boiling or baking, but in this recipe we are going to steam them! A quick, simple and healthy recipe, but slightly different from what you are used to.

Ingredients:
- 500 Cêlavíta cooking potatoes
- 2 plaice fillets à 120 g
- 2 slices of salmon fillet, thin long slice, 60 g each
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of saffron threads
- 150 g bimi
- 200 g cauliflower, in florets
Extra needed:
Binding, steaming basket per person
Preparation
Step 1:
Place the plaice fillet on the cutting board and flatten the fillet slightly. Place the slice of salmon on the plaice fillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up the fish and tie the roll with twine. Drizzle the plaice-salmon roll with some olive oil.
Step 2:
Mix a tablespoon of olive oil with some saffron threads, salt and pepper. Roll the potatoes through the saffron oil.
Step 3:
Bring a large pan of water to the boil, over which the steamer baskets will fit.
Fill the steamer basket with the saffron potato, bimi and cauliflower, steam for 6 minutes. Then add the plaice-salmon roll to the steamer basket and continue steaming for about 7 minutes until the fish is cooked.
