Potato slices with grilled chicken

Make an authentically Dutch meal with string beans, chicken breast and CêlaVíta thin potato slices. A delicious recipe for a weekday evening, by putting a nutritious and tasty meal on the table with few ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag CêlaVíta thin potato slices
  • Chicken breast cut open lengthwise
  • String beans
  • Cube of butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano (dried)
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1:

Cook the potatoes in the airfryer until nice and crispy.

Step 2:

Slice open the chicken breast lengthwise (making a large flat fillet).

Step 3:

Cut the string beans into pieces of about 2 cm.

Step 4:

Season the chicken with the garlic.

Step 5:

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken for about 8 minutes until tender.

Step 6:

Briefly boil the string beans together with the chopped onion (about 3 minutes of cooking) and drain.

Step 7:

Mix the knob of butter, sugar and oregano into the hot string beans.

Step 8:

Serve as a meal.
