Ingredients:
- 450 g CêlaVíta Granny Bakers
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 steaks of 120 g each, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 large onions, cut into rings
- 150 g mixed salad
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, in wedges
- 2 tbsp croutons
- 1-2 tbsp salad dressing, as desired
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat the airfryer to 180°C. Fry the Granny Baked Potatoes according to instructions on the packet in 1 tbsp sunflower oil until golden brown. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Add some salt and pepper around the steaks. Heat a frying pan with a knob of butter and 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Fry the steaks for 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on the cooking you want to achieve. Place the steaks on a plate covered with aluminium foil to rest. Then use the frying pan to sauté the onions gently until golden brown and soft. In between, deglaze the onions with 2 tbsp of water to cook them a little faster.
Step 3: While the potatoes and onions fry, make a salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato and croutons. Finish the salad with dressing.
Serve the steak with the braised onions, salad and jacket potatoes.
