In a salad:

Open the bag and add the pasteurised potato cubes like this to any salad you like.

Combi-steam oven:

Place the pasteurised potato cubes in a perforated GN tray

Steam during 5 minutes at 100°C

Serve immediately or refrigerate back for later use

Result: perfectly cooked cubes with firm bite and full potato flavour

Conventional oven:

Spread the pasteurised potato cubes with skin in a single layer on a baking tray

Drizzle lightly with oil for extra flavour

Heat 15 minutes at 200°C

Ideal for golden results.

Baking:

Heat a little oil and/or butter in a frying pan

Add the pasteurised potato cubes and fry them 6-8 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently

Result: golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
