Airfryer potatoes with bacon, onion and peas

If you are not known as a kitchen prince(s), then this airfryer dish is ideal. Deliciously crispy potatoes with bacon, onion and, surprisingly, peas. It will be prince(s) on the pea tonight.

Ingredients:

  • 225g CêlaVíta granny baked potatoes (pack 450g)
  • 1 red onion
  • 125 g smoked bacon bits
  • 400 grams peas (from the freezer)

Step 1:

Preheat the airfryer to 175°C. Peel and coarsely chop the onion.

Step 2:

Mix the onion and bacon bits into the potatoes.

 

Tip:

You can also replace the bacon bits with ham strips.

 

Step 3:

Bake the potatoes in the airfryer for about 20 minutes until tender and golden brown. Shake over once halfway through.

 

Step 4:

Rinse the frozen peas under the hot tap so they thaw and get warm. Drain them well and pat them dry. Heat the peas with the potatoes for the last 5 minutes. Stir them briefly.
