Potato pizza with salmon, leeks and lettuce
Pizza con patate. Simple, quick and very tasty!

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of ready-made pizza dough
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1/3e (150g) bag of Cêlavíta's fresh thin potato slices
- 1 leek, sliced white in rings
- 50 g old cheese, grated
- 100 g smoked salmon in strips
- 50 g salad mix
- (Optional: salmon eggs, dill and coarse mustard)

Baking tray with baking paper
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the pizza dough on a baking tray.
Spread the pizza dough with the crème fraîche. Divide the potato slices, leek rings and old cheese over the pizza crust. Bake the pizza for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2:
Place the pizza on a serving plate and top with salmon strips, mixed salad and optional salmon roe, dill and coarse mustard.
