Loaded Mexican wedges
Perfect as a spicy sharing dish or colourful addition to your menu.

Ingredients:
- 150 g crunchy Mexican wedges
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 chilli
- 65 g sour cream
- 20 g Mexican salsa dip
- 1 tbsp Mexican herbs
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- Handful of fresh curly parsley
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the crunchy wedges within 5-10 golden yellow.
Step 2. Cut the avocado into thin slices, the red onion into fine half rings, the chilli and fresh parsley finely.
Step 3. Put the crunchy wedges in a bowl and top with the avocado, red onion, tufts of sour cream, tufts of salsa dip, the chilli pepper and garnish with Mexican spice mix, chilli flakes and fresh parsley. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
