Tuna pizza with crunchy Italian wedges

A well-filled, crispy pizza with tuna, mushrooms, spinach and crispy potato wedges. Comfort food with a twist!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pizza bases
  • 150 g crunchy Italian wedges
  • 140 g tomato puree
  • 145 g tuna (from a can)
  • 6 large chestnut mushrooms
  • 10 small diced spinach
  • 100 g olives
  • 1 mozzarella bulb
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

 

Step 2. Thinly slice the mushrooms, olives and mozzarella

 

Step 3. Spread the pizza base with the tomato puree.

 

Step 4. Top the pizza with the mushrooms, tuna, diced spinach, olives, crunchy Italian potato and top with mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Step 5. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes and top with some fresh basil.
