One-person casserole with Italian wedges and prawns

A quick, flavourful pan full of crispy wedges, juicy prawns, mushrooms and broccoli. Flavoured with garlic, herbs and a spicy touch by chilli flakes.

Ingredients:

  • 175 g crunchy Italian wedges
  • 12 prawns
  • 125 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • Handful of fresh flat parsley
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Splash of olive oil

Preparation

Step 1. Heat a frying pan with the olive oil and fry the prawns in it briefly and then take them out.

 

Step 2. Cut the mushrooms and broccoli into small pieces.

 

Step 3. Fry the mushrooms and broccoli and add the pressed garlic cloves. After the Add a splash of water to steam the vegetables until tender.

 

Step 4. When the water has evaporated, add the wedges and fry for about 5 minutes.

 

Step 5. Add the prawns and season with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

 

Step 6. Top the dish with the parsley, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
