Dutch potato salad
This classic Dutch potato salad is fresh, creamy and packed with flavour. Made with diced potatoes, crunchy vegetables and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

- 150 g potato cube 10×10
- 300 g green beans
- 1 yellow onion
- 50 g red cabbage
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Handful of fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1. Cut the yellow onion into half rings, cut the butts off the green beans and finely chop the red cabbage.
Step 2. Heat a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and fry the green beans and yellow onion in it for 5 minutes until crisp and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3. Finely chop the dill. Mix the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, olive oil and dill to make a sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Mix the diced potatoes with the red cabbage, fried green beans and the sauce to make a salad.
Step 5. Top with some more fresh dill and pepper.
